Payment Terms and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations for individual sessions require 24-hour notice for a full refund. Program cancellations within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, after which pro-rated refunds may apply based on services rendered.
Service may be suspended for payments overdue by more than 7 days. We encourage communication if you anticipate payment difficulties.
